Starting under the VP of Content and Information Security (CIS), created the AppSec controls and processes around application security assessments for all applications under the WDS umbrella.
Portfolio management totaling ~500 applications spread among SHIELD and SNOW (Service Now) WDS ownership.
Formulated application strategy for studio staff to work from home and workflows and applications to support this transition securely for the first time in Disney history.
Brought into scope hundreds of applications during the Fox merger and under the SLAM initiative sat on the board to take on and handle all application assessments and compare best strategies to merge in applications across WDS application coverage.
