• Passkey Implementation: Distributed Activcards for generating passkeys enabling remote access by setting up the reader and remote access client.

• Compaq Merger: Post-Merger with Compaq, planning and migration of NT4 and Windows 2000 domains and all user accounts to merge the two company employee bases.

• Active Directory Admin: Created user accounts on various HP domains and migrated users from old domains to active directory accounts.

• Email Administration: Admin and setup of internal HP employees on mail servers, also handling global group issues.

• Permissions & Share Management: Setup of user shares and permission handling for all internal users and groups.

• Global Logistics: Handling of desktop agent dispatches to remote cities across the Americas for imaging and hardware pickup.
