Key Achievements & Personal Impact:

• "TEAM AOS"

  • Build and Release: With Build and Release team creating web applications and tools at the top of AOS (online store).

  • Merge of Apple.com with Store.Apple.com: Handled merge with flagship website (apple.com) and our separate Store.Apple.com (for years, two separate projects). This project connected dozens of teams together while personally sitting on a panel for merging both the flagship website and black projects.

  • Black Project Launches: Secrecy maintained with black projects (unannounced hardware) with War Room involvement to launch live projects the moment things announced on stage during events.

  • Executive Reporting: Custom dashboards Tim Cook personally would use and review.

  • AppleConnect login and administration, Git source control, InfraRED and other APIs queried and utilized, custom REST based API deployed, many other tasks integrated including queries to fleetgrid and monitoring plus analysis and automation of various tasks.

• "TEAM InfoSec"

  • Single Point of Contact Application (SPOC): InfoSec internal custom software development/deployment utilizing custom REST API development/deployment.

  • Microservice Agents for Packet Sniffing: Creation of Golang agents to absorb daily adjustments to rules and filters for packet sniffing across thousands of nodes in the Apple Datacenters.

  • Daily InfoSec Security Briefings: Time with various security groups on trends and security issues each day, adjustments needed to respond to threats emerging at the packet level of response by Apple.
